Terms and Conditions – 877bit Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the 877bit platform and all services provided under the 877bit brand. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of 877bit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

877bit reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of 877bit following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, 877bit will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.

2 Eligibility and Account Requirements

To open and maintain a 877bit account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 877bit does not permit minors to use any part of the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on 877bit.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. Using false details — including a false name, mobile number, or date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not currently be under any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period applied by 877bit or any affiliated platform.
• You must be the sole and authorised owner of the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw on your 877bit account.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 877bit account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different name — is strictly prohibited. If 877bit identifies linked accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and 877bit reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. The original verified account may be reinstated at 877bit's discretion following review.

3 Account Registration and Verification

During registration on 877bit, you will be asked to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password, and confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement. This information forms the core of your 877bit account identity.

Identity Verification (KYC)

877bit may request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of the payment method used for deposits, or a selfie for facial verification purposes. Verification is typically requested before processing larger withdrawals or when account activity triggers a review.

Failure to complete identity verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion of the process. 877bit's support team will guide you through verification requirements if they apply to your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 877bit login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 877bit will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 877bit support immediately via support@877bit.ws. 877bit is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All transactions on 877bit are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 877bit accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for cards; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT.
• 877bit does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate and your responsibility.
• Funds must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted on 877bit.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been processed and credited to your 877bit wallet.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and cards.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• 877bit targets withdrawal processing times of under 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and under 60 minutes for IBFT during normal business hours. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment network conditions outside 877bit's control.
• 877bit reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above standard thresholds or from accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before they can be processed.

5 Betting Rules and Game Terms

All bets placed on 877bit are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game lobby or sports betting section on 877bit and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Betting Rules

• Bets can only be placed during the designated betting window for each game or event. Bets submitted after the window closes will not be accepted by 877bit's system.
• All bets placed on 877bit are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where 877bit's published rules for a specific market explicitly provide for cash-out or early settlement options.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on 877bit. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface before confirmation.
• 877bit reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, odds compilation error, data feed error, or any form of technical malfunction that resulted in the bet being accepted at incorrect terms.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 877bit's stated settlement window, or abandoned, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned to the player's 877bit wallet.

Live Betting

877bit offers live in-play betting on cricket matches, esports events, and live casino games. Live odds are updated in real time and are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of a match or game. 877bit accepts no liability for bets placed on stale or incorrect live odds where a system delay occurred outside 877bit's reasonable control.

Disputed Results

If you believe a game result or bet settlement on 877bit is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 14 days of the result being declared. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. Contact 877bit support at support@877bit.ws with your account details, the game or bet reference, and a description of the issue.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

877bit offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails for that bonus only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on 877bit are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for a given bonus will be clearly stated in the bonus offer. As an example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times on eligible games before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for different game categories are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 877bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered will not be affected by discontinuation mid-period.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any funds withdrawn in connection with abusive bonus use.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 877bit and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal referral where applicable:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, impersonating another person, or otherwise deceiving 877bit or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games in a way that confers an unfair advantage, or engage in chip-dumping on live table games.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between 877bit and other operators in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. 877bit reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where arbitrage is identified.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or automated systems to place bets, access games, or interact with 877bit's platform in any way that is not genuine human interaction. All 877bit activity must be carried out manually by the account holder.
• Money laundering: Using 877bit to deposit, move, or withdraw funds in a manner consistent with money laundering. 877bit is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Third-party account use: Allowing another person to use your 877bit account, or using another person's account, for any purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds deposited to 877bit, except in cases of genuinely unauthorised transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 877bit platform — including but not limited to the 877bit name and logo, game graphics, interface design, text, data, software, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of 877bit or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 877bit intellectual property without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 877bit platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use of 877bit content or any automated access to the platform.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

877bit collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 877bit, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account remaining inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Consequences of Suspension

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, 877bit may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 877bit reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where a suspension is later determined to have been in error, the account and balance will be reinstated without deduction.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 877bit account at any time by contacting support@877bit.ws. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to wagering requirements being met on any bonus funds.

12 Limitation of Liability

877bit provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 877bit takes reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability, availability, and accuracy, no platform can guarantee complete freedom from technical errors, downtime, or data feed inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877bit excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform downtime, game errors, or incorrect odds caused by technical failures
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind connected with your use of 877bit

If you disagree with any updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using 877bit and close your account, with any genuine balance being returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 877bit arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance.
