Login & Password
On the Login page, switch to OTP Login. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and click "Send OTP." Enter the 6-digit code you receive, and you will be logged in. Once inside your account, go to Account Settings to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support@877bit.ws for manual account recovery.
When 877bit detects a login from a new or unrecognised device, browser, or location, it automatically requests OTP verification as an additional security check. This protects your account even if your password were somehow known to someone else. Simply enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile and your login will proceed normally.
Multiple failed login attempts can trigger a temporary lock on your 877bit account. In most cases it unlocks automatically after a short cooling period. If the lock persists or if you suspect unauthorised access attempts, contact support@877bit.ws immediately. Do not attempt to create a new account while your existing account is locked.
If the device is your personal phone that only you use, the "Keep me logged in" option is convenient and reasonably safe. On shared devices — a family phone, a friend's laptop, or any device used by more than one person — always log out manually after each session. Make sure your phone has a screen lock enabled so physical access to your phone does not automatically mean access to your 877bit account.
Deposits

The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, Rs 500 for NayaPay and SadaPay, and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card payments. There is no minimum for simply having a 877bit account — you only need to meet the minimum when making a deposit.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your 877bit wallet within seconds to a few minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. Bank IBFT can take up to 30 minutes during banking hours and longer on weekends or public holidays. Card deposits are usually instant. 877bit does not charge fees on deposits from its side. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges — for example, Easypaisa or JazzCash may have service charges depending on the type of transfer used. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure.
First, check that the transaction was completed on your mobile wallet or bank side — look for a confirmation message or receipt. If the transaction was successful on your end but has not credited to your 877bit wallet within the expected time, contact support@877bit.ws. Please include your 877bit username, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method used, the date and time of the transaction, and any reference or transaction ID from your payment provider.
Withdrawals
Log in to your 877bit account, go to the wallet section, and select Withdraw. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or card. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number — enter it to authorise the withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same method you used to deposit wherever possible.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours during banking hours, and longer on public holidays. Card withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
